WXlab has the right wax for every skin and hair type, so you can meet every client need in your salon. WXlab offers several waxing methods: bio-based film wax, hypoallergenic vegan film wax, traditional bio-based hot wax and vegetal strip wax.
We have conveniently placed the various WXlab waxes by body part in a wax pointer. Read more here more. In brief:
NUDE: strong traditional hot wax, very suitable for intimate waxing. Removes the stiffest hairs.
BALD: with 1 wax type waxing the whole body, both large areas and in the face this wax can do everything.
BROW: especially suitable for the face and eyebrows, also very suitable for men
SOFT: Full body wax type for very sensitive skin, dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic!

SOFT, BALD and BROW are our superheroes in the world of Non-strip bio-based film waxes! They are not only intensely nurturing, but also ultra flexible and a pleasure to work with. This film wax effortlessly removes all types of hair from 1 mm and it is also super gentle on the skin. Ideal for the whole body! And best of all? You can apply it ultra-thin, allowing for economical and efficient waxing.
Shorter than you think! With the right technique, you can wax hairs as small as 1 mm in the face, armpits, bikini line and Brazilian area. For strip wax, the minimum length is 2 mm.
The wax should have a delicious honey-like texture when melted. Perfect to work with and get a smooth result!
The wax works best when it is about 60 degrees Celsius. Test the hot wax on the inside of your wrist. It should feel comfortable and pleasant. Use temperature is good when the wax has a honey-like texture.
Use of wax
You apply the wax to the skin with the rounded side of the spatula and some pressure, facing the direction of hair growth. Tighten the skin well when applying.
Remove the wax with a quick motion, against the direction of hair growth. Be sure to properly span the skin when removing.
Roll the wax on with the direction of hair growth and remove against the direction of hair growth with waxing strips. Tighten the skin well when applying and removing the wax.
This can have two causes; You wait too long to remove the wax, work fast then the wax remains gummy-like. Ó or the wax breaks from removal. Remove by staying close to the skin, do not pull up the wax.
Before applying the wax, clean the skin with WXlab Skin Cleanser with cooling menthol.
After waxing, care for the skin with WXlab Soothing Cream. With Aloe Vera and calendula to soothe and moisturize the skin.
The skin may be discolored for a variety of reasons:
- The wax was applied too thickly. The skin is thin and delicate, the thicker the wax is applied, the hotter the skin becomes. Then the chance of redness is also greater.
- The wax is removed the wrong way. Tighten the skin well and do not pull the wax off by pulling up, but stay close to the skin.
Prevent pimples and zits by cooling the skin immediately after waxing. Also be sure to tighten the skin when removing the wax.

At WXlab, you need an account because we are wax supplier for professionals. Salon owners and other beauty business owners order with their Chamber of Commerce number. After creating an account with your kvk number you will receive a welcome email so you can order in our webshop.
Are you starting a salon and don’t have a Chamber of Commerce number yet, no problem we will contact you.
All orders ordered before 3 p.m. on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day via PostNL. Excluding holidays. You will receive via email your Track & Trace code to track your order.
