I want to place an order, why do I need an account?

At WXLab we make ordering quick and easy! As a wholesaler of wax products, we focus on salon owners and entrepreneurs. Simply create an account as a professional with your valid Chamber of Commerce or VAT number (for Belgium). After creating an account, you will receive an email from us so that you can order in our webshop.

Are you a starting salon or student without a Chamber of Commerce number? No problem, leave your details and we will contact you.

I have ordered before and would like to place the same order again, is that possible?

All your orders are saved in your account. This means that you can retrieve previous orders and place them again. Easily adjust your shopping cart and place your order again.

How does the ordering process work?

At WXLab you can easily order as a professional via our webshop. All you need for this is an account. Maak een account aan and you will immediately receive a welcome email with access to our webshop. You can place orders directly with your account.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

All orders placed before 3:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped via PostNL and will usually be delivered the next working day*. We apply further conditions from PostNL.

How much shipping do I have to pay?

Free shipping above €30 (excluding VAT and discounts). Shipping costs for the Netherlands and Belgium are €2.95 for orders under €30.

Shipping during holidays?

WXLab is closed on holidays. No orders will be processed on the following days: Good Friday, Easter Monday, Whit Monday, King’s Day, Ascension Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Due to busy times at PostNL around public holidays, packages may be delayed.

With which carrier are shipments delivered?

We use the services of PostNL. As soon as we transmit your order to PostNL, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This becomes active as soon as your package has been scanned by PostNL. So it may take a few hours before the link becomes active.

Do you also offer free shipping?

Orders with a value of more than €30 excl. VAT and discounts are shipped free of charge. We also regularly run promotions where you pay no shipping costs.

How are your products packaged?

Our film wax and hot wax consist of easily dosed granules and are packaged in 100% recyclable bags. 100% RECYCABLE, SO COMPLETELY SUSTAINABLE!
